This promotional offer is available only to businesses that sign a new commercial lease with the participating landlord on or after the applicable promotion start date and open a qualifying new Great Plains Bank business checking account (and optional savings account). Existing Great Plains Bank business customers are not eligible, and the offer is limited to one bonus per business entity that is a current or future tenant. A $150 promotional credit will be paid to an eligible new business checking account, and a $75 promotional credit will be paid to a qualifying savings account opened on the same day, after all requirements are met. Accounts must remain open, active, and in good standing for at least 90 days to qualify. Promotional credits will be deposited within 45 days after qualification and may be reported as interest income on IRS Form 1099-INT. Promotional credits may not be used to satisfy minimum opening balance requirements.
Eligibility, including lease status, may be verified with the landlord; however, no customer financial information will be shared with the landlord. All customer information will be handled in accordance with Great Plains Bank’s Privacy Policy and applicable federal and state privacy laws. Eligible applicants may also receive a $500 credit applied toward closing costs on a new Great Plains Bank first-lien mortgage loan. This credit applies only to new applications submitted and closed during the promotional period. The credit may not be used for down payments, cash redemption, refinances of existing Great Plains Bank mortgages, or previously closed loans, and may not be combined with other mortgage promotions unless expressly permitted.
In addition, eligible borrowers may receive a 0.50% (50 basis point) interest rate discount on qualifying consumer installment loans when automatic payments are established from a Great Plains Bank deposit account. This discount excludes mortgage loans, home equity products, commercial loans, lines of credit, credit cards, and any other ineligible loan types. All loans are subject to standard credit underwriting and approval. The discount may not be combined with other promotional discounts and may be removed if automatic payments are discontinued.
The landlord does not receive compensation or anything of value from Great Plains Bank in connection with this promotion. Participation in this promotion does not obligate any tenant to open or maintain a banking relationship with Great Plains Bank. Only Great Plains Bank employees may discuss, open, or service accounts related to this promotion.
