Giveaway Rules
Sponsor: The promotion is sponsored by Great Plains Bank.
Entry: No purchase is necessary to enter. No payment or account with Great Plains Bank is necessary to enter. Entry is accepted by way of online registration. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept decisions of Great Plains Bank as final. Must have a valid email address to claim prize.
Eligibility: The promotion is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and territories and the District of Columbia who are 18 years old or older at the time of the entry. Employees of Great Plains Bank (including its subsidiaries, affiliated companies and agencies), their immediate family members (spouse and children living at home), and others living in their household are not eligible to win. For purposes of this promotion members of the Board of Directors or Advisory Board of any Great Plains Bank location will be considered employees and thus not eligible to win. Limit one prize per household. Should the owner of the winning drawing die prior to the awarding of any prize, the rights of the deceased winner shall be determined in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. If a promotion winner is a Great Plains Bank account holder, all accounts must be in good standing, have had no fraudulent transactions and no pending legal actions.
The Prizewinners: A random drawing will be conducted from the pool of entries collected. The decision of Great Plains Bank management is final in all cases. The odds of winning will vary depending upon the number of entries received. Winning cash value will be reported to all appropriate tax authorities. The prize winners are responsible for payment of all applicable federal, state and local taxes on his/her prize. All prize winners will be required to provide proof of identity.
Notification: If a prize is not claimed within 24 hours of the contest end date, an additional drawing will be held from the remaining entries that day. The winners will be notified by telephone and/or email to the contact information provided at the time of entry. All reasonable efforts will be made to locate the winner, however, Great Plains Bank is not responsible for incorrect or changed addresses or phone numbers, failures in phone lines or electronic equipment or other mechanical, electronic or human malfunctions that prevent or delay notification. If Great Plains Bank is unable to locate or notify a randomly selected winner within 36 hours of the first attempt, an alternate winner will be selected using the same techniques as the original drawing. Great Plains Bank will furnish the name, address, and telephone number of all prizewinners to the appropriate state administrator. (If required to do so.)
Termination: Great Plains Bank has the sole power to terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notification and to make decisions regarding the interpretation of the rules. All decisions of Great Plains Bank are final and legally binding and conclusive in all matters.
