Job Position: Part-Time Customer Service Center Representative
- Provide reports regarding calls received, etc.
- Reports to responsible areas if service is down for particular products (ATM, Internet Banking, etc.).
- Participates in marketing campaigns and product launches.
- Attains sales, quality control and customer service goals.
- Provide customer support, problem resolution and identification of repeated customer issues.
- Cross-selling of products and referrals to other Bank department as necessary to ensure the customer has the best product available for their needs.
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
